An update regarding our operations during COVID-19:

Estate Planning

We are available to assist with estate planning needs. A completed estate plan can bring a helpful sense of security in uncertain times, and our capacity to prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and other estate planning documents remains unchanged. We are currently conducting most meetings remotely, either over the phone or via video conference like Zoom, and we are happy to assist existing clients with updates and work with new clients to prepare a complete estate plan.

Probate

King County Superior Court is operating on a limited basis. However, the court is currently accepting probate documents via mail, and we are available to assist with this process. The death of a loved one can be overwhelming even in a normal environment, and we are especially committed to helping individuals navigate the probate process during this crisis.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if we can provide any assistance. We are available by phone at 206-686-8877, or online by filling out the "contact us" form at this link.
